Gary joined Integria in May 2022 as General Manager - Production. 

Gary brings over 30 years of extensive experience in manufacturing, spanning various sectors including food, stock feed, biological tissue for pharmaceuticals, vaccines, medical products, nutraceuticals, collagen-based products and complementary medicines. Throughout his career, Gary has demonstrated a strategic approach to management, focusing on achieving positive results and enhancing business outcomes. He has a proven track record of providing the vision and direction needed for accelerated and sustained growth, while effectively reducing costs and increasing productivity across all operations he has managed. 

Gary is an experienced leader known for his problem-solving skills and commitment to safe work practices, successfully turning company losses into profits. His expertise in leading cultural, infrastructural and process changes has been instrumental in driving organizational success.
